December 4, 2025 – Gemini 13° – Full Moon We close out the year with a Gemini full moon that is not subtle in any way. The Moon is at 13° of Gemini, the Sun is at 13° of Sagittarius, and together they are squaring the Nodes of Fate at 13° Pisces and 13° Virgo. On top of that, the Sun is conjunct the Great Attractor.

The Great Attractor is a massive gravitational anomaly located at 14° Sagittarius within the Laniakea Supercluster. It is not a star or black hole but a region so dense with mass that it bends light and pulls entire galaxies toward it, including our own Milky Way. We cannot see it directly because its gravity warps the light behind it, but we measure its influence by the way galaxies stream in its direction. Astrologically, planets conjunct the Great Attractor operate like a magnifier and truth-revealer, pulling events, insight, and awareness toward a larger trajectory that often becomes clear only over time.

This is not just “a lot going on.” This is a turning point.

First, the basics. Find 13° of Gemini in your chart. That house is where the Moon is lighting up your mind, your schedule, your conversations, your inbox, your lists, and all the tiny moving parts of your life that you normally just handle without thinking. Gemini rules choices, data, messages, errands, logistics, the things you “just do” every day. Under this full moon those background processes get loud.

Across the chart, the Sun at 13° Sagittarius is pulling you toward the bigger picture. Why am I doing this? What is this actually about? What matters to me now, not just today but in the life I am trying to build. With Venus, Mars and Juno also in Sagittarius there is a strong fire in the direction of adventure, meaning, faith, new horizons, and the cultural intersections where people, histories, and perspectives collide and reshape you.

Part of you wants to keep up with the emails and the holiday invitations. Another part of you wants to throw the clipboard down and follow the road that actually feels alive. Gemini is the close-up view, the pieces you’re juggling in real time. Sagittarius pulls you out of the noise and reminds you of the larger direction your life is taking.

Gemini is over here, Sagittarius is over there.

Now layer in the Nodes. The full moon is forming a mutable grand cross with the North Node at 13° Pisces and the South Node at 13° Virgo. A mutable grand cross is four planets or points all at 90° angles to each other in the mutable signs. It overstimulates the mind, scatters focus, increases anxiety, heightens restlessness, amplifies indecision, and makes you feel pulled in four different directions at once. It’s pressure without clarity. It forces movement but gives too many options. It pulls up all the loose ends, unfinished business, and mental clutter that you can usually outrun.

The Virgo South Node here is not your natal South Node; it is the transiting South Node moving through the Virgo house of your chart. This highlights the “shoulds,” the roles you took because someone had to, the systems you built that now run you, and the parts of your life where you’ve been over-functioning. It is the part of your chart that wants the plan perfect, the sentence perfect, the timing perfect, before you move. It is the coping pattern that says “if I just fix everything, I will be safe.” This transit is pulling your own natal South Node behaviors and habits into the Virgo house it is moving through, so you re-encounter your default patterns in that specific area of life while the Node passes through it.

The Pisces North Node is the opposite movement. Release. Surrender. Trust. Not as a spiritual bypass but as a lived reality where you let some plates fall because your soul is done spinning them. Pisces does not give you a detailed to-do list. It gives you a feeling in your body that says “this is right” and asks you to act on that without all the guarantees.

The full moon is squaring both. Which means you are not getting out of this with more overthinking and more perfectionism. The mind will want to ping-pong between options, replay conversations, imagine every possible outcome, and try to game the entire future. Mutable energy will happily keep you in a loop of “I will move when I know for sure.” That is the overwhelm and nervous system static of this grand cross.

Underneath that, there is a second layer running. It is quieter, deeper, and actually far more powerful.

Mercury rules this full moon and it has just stationed direct at 22° of Scorpio after the retrograde that ran November 9 through November 29. Mercury in Scorpio is not scattered. It is fixed water, singular focus. It has been taking you into the conversations you avoid, the patterns you do not like admitting, the truths you did not want to see. It is the part of you that has been sitting with the uncomfortable thing in the dark and refusing to look away.

At the full moon, Mercury in Scorpio is in a water grand trine with Saturn in Pisces, Neptune in late Pisces, and Jupiter retrograde in Cancer. That is where the real movement is. This is not chatter. This is deep internal processing, private realizations, and emotional intelligence that has been earned.

Jupiter in Cancer can take you back into past experiences, family stories, early emotional imprinting. Saturn in Pisces brings in the elder part of you, the one who says “I am responsible for what I carry now, and I am allowed to stop carrying what breaks me.” Neptune at 29° Pisces is dissolving old illusions and soaked-in beliefs that kept you small or over-responsible. Mercury in Scorpio is the investigator that connects all of it.

What actually happened. Where the manipulation was. Where you were trained to make yourself the problem. Where your loyalty or service was harvested instead of honored.

So while the Gemini Moon is spinning in the busy mind, Mercury is sitting in this water grand trine saying, “You already know.” You have already seen too much to pretend you are still who you were last year. You already know where your body contracts when you think about staying the same. You already know where your energy lifts when you imagine the choice you are afraid to make.

This full moon is less about what you think and more about what you feel as a non-negotiable truth.

Now bring in the Sun conjunct the Great Attractor at 14° Sagittarius. The Great Attractor is an immense mass of energy outside our galaxy that our whole Milky Way is moving toward. When the Sun crosses it, the volume on guidance can go up. You can feel pulled toward something without a clean rational explanation. You just know “I have to say this, I have to go there, I have to choose this” and your mind may scramble to explain it or shut it down.

That pull is not a problem to solve. It is the point.

The Sun with the Great Attractor, squaring the Nodes, is one of those moments where your trajectory can shift by a degree that changes the entire rest of your map. Not because you sit and plan it out, but because you finally stop resisting the clear inner yes or inner no that has been with you all year.

Mars is part of the story too. At this full moon, Mars in Sagittarius is trining Chiron retrograde in Aries, both at 22°. Chiron in Aries has been working on your sense of self, your right to exist as you are, your anger, your courage. It has been slow, raw, and repetitive. Mars now picks up that storyline and energizes it. “You are allowed to move as the person you are now, not as the wounded version who learned to freeze.”

If you look back to last November through April 2025, Mars was in repeated opposition to Pluto. That season brought out some of the ugliest power dynamics, targeted attacks, psychological warfare, and behind-the-scenes competition in a lot of spaces. It pushed the Mars principle through an initiation. For some people that looked like direct conflict and smear campaigns. For others it was more private but no less intense.

Wherever that landed for you, the warrior part of you has changed. Mars in Sagittarius now is not the same Mars that walked into those Pluto oppositions. There is more discernment around what you fight, what you walk away from, and what is actually worth your life force. There is also more faith in divine justice, even if you do not see outcomes on your timeline.

The trine to Chiron suggests you can feel that shift. Something presents itself and instead of collapsing, you recognize “I am not that person anymore. I am allowed to say yes to this. I am allowed to say no to that. I trust myself more than I trust their story.”

So what do you do with all of this?

Start with your body, before your brain. Notice where you hold anxiety when you think about each option in front of you. Notice where your chest tightens, your stomach flips, and your shoulders climb. Notice where your whole system drops into relief when you imagine one path, even if your mind immediately jumps in with all the reasons it is inconvenient, impractical, or “selfish.” That body-level truth is aligned with the water grand trine and the Pisces North Node. The scrambled thoughts are aligned with the Gemini Moon in a mutable cross. One is static. One is guidance.

You will probably not get to keep all of the old obligations, roles, and patterns sitting in the Virgo house of your chart where the South Node is transiting, and still move into what your soul is asking for. Some things will not get finished to your old standard. Some people will not be pleased. Some roles will have to end without the perfect closure scene. That is part of the medicine here.

This full moon is likely to reveal where you are done saying yes. Invitations, patterns, conversations, family roles, work expectations that you have historically absorbed because you could. You may hear yourself say no almost before you think it. Pay attention. Those spontaneous no’s are your system correcting itself.

There is also a mental shift in play. Gemini full moons can get you caught in what you “should” say, the perfect phrasing, the exact script that will keep everyone comfortable. This one is asking for something cleaner. Honest language that reflects where you actually are now. The right words may not be polished. They will be true.

Because the Sun is squaring the Nodes, we are also at the halfway point between the September eclipses and the eclipses coming in February and March. Check in with who you were in September. What has dissolved since then. What has become obvious. What has quietly stopped working. There is something you are being asked to admit to yourself before the next round of eclipse resets arrives.

House by house, 13° Gemini shows where the information comes in and how it lands. In the 1st house it moves through your identity and the way you make choices. In the 2nd it touches money, resources, and the systems you use to support yourself. In the 3rd it shows up through conversations, messages, siblings, and the steady flow of daily exchanges. In the 4th it stirs your private world, your home life, your emotional foundations, and the stories you inherited. In the 5th it animates creativity, children, pleasure, and the parts of you that want to express without permission. In the 6th it activates your body, your health patterns, your work routines, and the small tasks that keep your life functioning. In the 7th it moves through partnerships, agreements, and the dynamics of how you meet others. In the 8th it activates intimacy, shared resources, unspoken fears, and the deeper psychological material you normally keep contained. In the 9th it surfaces through travel, learning, beliefs, publishing, and anything that stretches your worldview. In the 10th it shows up in career, reputation, long-term goals, and the public roles you’re known for. In the 11th it threads through friendships, community, networks, and the future plans you share with others. And in the 12th it arrives through dreams, intuition, solitude, sleep, and the quiet spaces where messages slip through when the mind gets out of the way.

The bottom line: this is not a “cute” mental full moon. It is a crossroads.

The mutable grand cross will try to keep you spinning. The Gemini part of you will want more information, more time, more proof. The Sagittarius, Pisces, and Scorpio pieces are all saying the same thing in different ways. You already know enough. You have done the internal work. Your body is telling you what is next. Choose in that direction, and let the rest fall where it falls.
