We will cover the eclipses through several posts over the next month. Welcome to eclipse season.
The beginning of September, 9/7/2025 we will have a Lunar Eclipse at Pisces 15°22, aligned with the North Node at Pisces 18°20. Lunar eclipses are full moons that close doors. They unravel what no longer holds life. In Pisces, the focus is endings, dissolving chapters, and releasing what weighs you down. The North Node reminds us this clearing is not punishment but guidance. It opens space for intuition, lighter ways of being, and spiritual awareness to lead the way.
This eclipse most directly affects planets or points between Pisces 10° and Pisces 20°. If you have placements there, the changes are personal. They involve your identity, your story, and your daily life. The other mutable signs, Gemini, Virgo, and Sagittarius, are also stirred. And even if you have no planets in those degrees, the house that holds Pisces 15° in your chart is where release and change will demand your attention.
This is the second in a series of three Pisces lunar eclipses that stretch into 2026. The first was last September at Pisces 26°. The last will be 8/27/2026 at Pisces 5°. No solar eclipses in Pisces appear in this cycle, which means the emphasis is fully on endings. Again and again we are shown what must dissolve.
Virgo balances the picture. The Sun sits there with Mercury strong at Virgo 10°, sharpening logic and offering practical clarity. Virgo says focus on the facts, find the next step, reduce chaos by tending to the details. Pisces opens the flood. Virgo finds the container. Both are necessary.
Saturn retrograde at Pisces 29°32 adds weight. The last degree of any sign carries finality. Extinctions. Leadership shifts. Karmic reckonings that cannot be postponed. Two weeks later, the solar eclipse at Virgo 29° doubles the theme of endings. Together they form a corridor of closure.
Collectively, Pisces rules oceans, liquids, weather, medicine, mental health, illusions, and mass consciousness. Expect extremes in storms and flooding. Expect questions about truth and deception, about what has disappeared or been erased from awareness. Expect pressure on the body, mind, and spirit.
Personally, the Virgo–Pisces polarity asks for balance between service and surrender. Virgo is what you work for. Pisces is what you are given. Virgo builds the skill. Pisces offers the compassion. Virgo earns. Pisces forgives. Together they teach that effort and rest, work and release, are both necessary.
Pisces also rules the immune system and lymphatic flow. Pay attention to sleep, hydration, and energy reserves. As routines shift in September, especially with seasonal transitions, the body needs more care.
The greater gift of Pisces is spiritual. It is compassion, unity, and trust. It is the reminder that you are more than your daily story. This eclipse asks you to close out what is finished, to forgive yourself and others, and to move forward lighter. It invites you to creativity, imagination, and joy. It calls you to trust your intuition even when facts are missing.
Pisces says release. Virgo says refine. Together they work to clear a path.

Looking Ahead: All About Eclipses
Next we will go deeper into eclipses themselves. What they are. Why they repeat. How they work with the lunar nodes to set karmic themes. Each eclipse belongs to an 18–19 year cycle. What began last time returns, carrying unfinished business or rewards that were earned. These are not random events. They are checkpoints in the larger pattern of your life.
We will look at the difference between solar and lunar eclipses, how they open and close six-month chapters, and how to follow the rhythm in your own chart. We will also introduce the karma chart, a way of mapping the eclipse cycles so you can see exactly when a theme is repeating. Understanding this timing helps you move with the energy rather than against it.
This 2 part guide will show how to identify the eclipses that matter most to you, how to track your personal history with them, and how to lean into the karmic lessons they carry. The story of your eclipses is the story of your growth. Ready or not, here you come!
